Frequency of publication
Normally, Kickstart Today is published on Monday, Wednesday and
Friday.
Your name and email address.
Kickstart Daily is a subscription ezine which is delivered to you
by email. In order to send you your copy, we require a working email
address. Each issue is personalized to you, and so it is useful to
have your real first name. This is, however, optional on your part.
If you do not wish us to know your real first name, then please
leave that box on the subscription form blank.
Your privacy.
Your email address will be stored in a private account with the
company that manages my mailing list.
Apart from that necessity, you can be assured that we will not
share, sell, swap, exchange or otherwise communicate your email
address to any other company or organization without first seeking
your knowledge and approval.
Spam is a problem for everyone who uses the Internet and we have
no wish to encourage it or make your experience of unsolicited
emails any worse.
Double Opt-In
When you subscribe to Kickstart Today through any of the forms or
pop ups on this website, an email will be sent to the email address
that you have specified asking that you click on a link to confirm
that you really do wish to subscribe. This is called the double
opt-in process and is designed to protect you. By this means we can
be sure that your email address is not being spoofed by someone
maliciously and that it really is you who has asked to receive
Kickstart.
Your subscription, and access to the welcome gifts, will not be
activated until we have received confirmation from our autoresponder
software that your double opt-in has been completed.
Kickstart Today is only sent to confirmed double opted-in
subscribers.
Unsubscribing
Unsubscribing from Kickstart Today is quick and easy. Each
edition of Kickstart Today ends with an unsubscribe link that looks

If at any time you decide that Kickstart Today is no longer
required, simply click on that link and your name and email address
will immediately be permanently removed from our list.
Additional Email Offers
Kickstart Today is free. No charge is made for your subscription.
It is, however, a commercial business.
Kickstart makes its money by recommending occasional products and
services that we have tested and used. Those products pay us a
commission for each sale that is made from our referral.
You are under no obligation to buy any of the products mentioned
in Kickstart Today.
Additionally, there may be occasions when a product is launched
or promoted on days when Kickstart Today is not published. On these
rare occasions, we reserve the right to send you an email
notification outside of the normal publishing schedule.
Changing your name or email address
Currently, the only ways to change your name or the email address
at which you receive Kickstart Today are to unsubscribe the old one
and resubscribe using the new ones, or, to email Martin Avis (by
replying to any copy of Kickstart) and quoting your old details and
the ones to which you would like your subscription changed to.
Difficult Email Addresses
Many email account providers make it quite difficult to send
ezines and newsletters to their customers. They operate very severe
filters that block emails that contain certain words, come from
specific domains or geographies. Some automatically blacklist any
email that you haven't specifically instructed them to whitelist.

At present, the worst offenders are AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN,
Cox, ATT, Rogers, and any domains that end with .ru or .za
If your email address is one of those, please consider
subscribing using an alternative address from a a different email
provider. At present Google Mail appears to be one of the better
options.
If your email address bounces three times in succession, you are
likely to be removed from the Kickstart list and would have to
resubscribe to continue receiving it.
